We sell our vast selection of products both in store and online for delivery, pickup, and shipping.
Neighbors will soon be launching a new delivery service covering a larger area of Long Island.
We are looking for more Neighbors to join our team! Who are we looking for? Attentive, friendly individual who enjoys speaking with customers.
We are a very personable business, so customer service and communication skills must be a top quality.
Attention to detail - there are a lot of moving parts.
We are always getting new products and innovating the way we run the business.
The ideal candidate can manage multiple workflows and maintain a positive attitude.
Some degree of wine and spirits knowledge is a must.
We will reinforce your knowledge with on the job training.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word), and is comfortable using computers.
Can manage both up and down.
Work directly with owner to execute the Neighbors vision.
What are the work responsibilities? The job is focused on customer-centric
Responsibilities:
Cashier, selling products and speaking with customers, answering emails and phone calls, etc.
Managing staff and ensuring all job responsibilities are covered.
Admin work - scanning documents, making custom price tags, re-organizing floor displays.
Filling in the gaps where needed.
Compensation and workload is directly tied to applicant's capabilities and performance.
