Duties Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
