Location- North Bellmore, NY Busy owner of psychotherapy practice who is blind seeking an assistant for a combination of personal tasks and office duties.
This position will include some clerical duties within the psychotherapy office itself.
Personal tasks:
- walking guide dog -grocery shopping -transportation to various appointments -run errands -making appointments -organizing and maintaining accurate records Office
Responsibilities:
- Preparing correspondence and email, internet research - data entry -answer phones - general office duties
Qualifications:
-Minimum one year office experience - Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Effective communication skills and excellent writing ability - Positive attitude and dependable - Reliable transportation Please provide cover letter, resume and complete skills tests.
